Executive Lounge – Bolero
Located in the non-Schengen area, right next to gate 19N, this lounge is open from 6:30 am to 10:00 pm. Enjoy a maximum stay of 3 hours with amenities like TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, computers, snacks, beverages, and fax. Gain access through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships. You can also book online or pay at the door.
Fantazja Lounge
Positioned adjacent to gates 34/35 in the Schengen area, this cozy spot is available from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm. Treat yourself to snacks, drinks, newspapers, magazines, and power outlets for your devices. Plus, there’s a shower facility! Access is straightforward – just pay at the door.
LOT Business Lounge Mazurek
Opening its doors from 6:15 am to 11:00 pm, find it close to gates 19N-20N. Enjoy the perks of Wi-Fi, press, meals, drinks, and showers. Entry is granted to executive or premium passengers of LOT Polish Airlines, members of Miles and More HON, Senator, or Frequent Traveler, first-class or executive class passengers of Star Alliance airlines, and Star Alliance Gold members.
LOT Business Lounge Polonez
Near gates 25/26, this lounge welcomes you from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm. Delight in amenities such as Wi-Fi, computers, TV, newspapers, meals, drinks, showers, and baby hygiene facilities. The entry criteria are the same as the Mazurek lounge.
Preludium Lounge
Located near gates 34/35 in the Schengen area, it’s open from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. With a maximum stay of 3 hours, you can make use of the kids’ area, computers, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, TV, air conditioning, drinks, and Wi-Fi. Access can be gained through Priority Pass, LoungeKey, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships, online booking, or paying at the entrance.
Airport Facilities & Services
The airport is equipped with a bank, ATMs, currency exchange offices, a post office, VIP lounges, electrical outlets, and free Wi-Fi access. For meetings and conferences, the nearby Courtyard hotel has got you covered.
Dining Options
From diverse restaurants to cafes, bars, pastry shops, and fast-food outlets, the choices are abundant. A notable mention is Costa Coffee, open 24/7.
Shopping
Beyond duty-free items, find a variety of stores offering souvenirs, gifts, jewelry, clothing, accessories, newspapers, flowers, electronics, toys, and books. There’s also a convenience store in the arrivals area.
Luggage
Lockers are available at the arrivals level, behind the bus stop. Lost something? The lost property office is in the arrivals hall, next to the medical station. They’re available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.
Other Services
The airport houses travel agencies, a chapel, baby hygiene rooms, a first-aid clinic, and kids’ entertainment areas.
