Air France / KLM Lounge
– Location: Right next to gate A19.
– Access: Priority Pass members, business class travelers, Skyteam elite plus, Air France/KLM Flying Blue members, La Première. A Day Pass is available for USD 50 if you have a boarding pass from Air France, KLM, or SkyTeam Economy/Premium Economy.

British Airways Galleries Lounge
– Location: Opposite the boarding gates in the B lounge. Open from 5:00 am to 2:00 pm for Priority Pass access and from 3:15 pm to 9:45 pm.
– Features: Business facilities, Wi-Fi, refreshments, showers, entertainment options, phones, air conditioning, newspapers, and magazines.
– Access: Priority Pass members, first-class or business class passengers of British Airways, Aer Lingus, and Oneworld airlines, members of the British Airways Gold Executive Club or Silver, and those with Emerald or Sapphire status.

Lufthansa Business Lounge
– Location: Near gates B49-B51. Open from 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.
– Features: Showers, offices, Wi-Fi, TV, newspapers, magazines.
– Access: Priority Pass members, Lufthansa HON Circle passengers, Miles & More Senator members, Star Alliance First and Gold class. A day pass starts from $29 – online booking required.

Turkish Airlines Lounge Washington
– Location: Open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm near gate B43. Maximum stay is 4 hours.
– Features: Computers, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, phones, fax, TV, air conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi.
– Access: Priority Pass members, business class and gold Star Alliance members, select Qatar Airways passengers. Kids under 6 enter for free!

United Club
– Locations: Near gates C7 (9:00 am to 6:30 pm), C17 (5:30 am to 10:00 pm), and D8 (5:30 am to 6:30 pm).
– Features: Snacks, phones, drinks, conference facilities, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers, Wi-Fi.
– Access: United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, United Polaris business class, United Business (international flights), first-class or business class passengers of Star Alliance airlines, United Premier Gold or Star Alliance Gold members, active US military personnel, or by paying at the door (USD59.00).

United Polaris Lounge
– Location: Near gate C17. Open from 5:30 am to 10 pm.
– Features: Wi-Fi, extensive buffet, full-service bar, light snacks, pre-flight meals, quiet suites, showers.
– Access: United Polaris business class, international first-class, and Star Alliance business class.

USO Lounge
– Location: On the arrivals level, open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm.
– Features: Fax, electrical outlets, computers, printers, TV, beverages, snacks, Wi-Fi, entertainment, air conditioning, children’s area, library, showers, relaxation room, luggage storage.
– Access: Military personnel and their families.

Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse
– Location: Opposite gate A32, opens 4 hours before the first Virgin Atlantic flight departs.
– Features: Snacks, phones, Wi-Fi, food, showers, newspapers, magazines, TV, computers, drinks.
– Access: Flying Club Gold members, upper-class passengers of Virgin Atlantic, Delta SkyMiles Diamond members, Flying Blue Platinum and Gold, and eligible American Express cardholders.

Services & Amenities
The airport offers banking services, currency exchange both pre and post-security, ATMs, VIP lounges, electrical outlets, mobile phone services, public phones, and free Wi-Fi. There’s also a conference room for rent.

Dining
A wide variety of restaurants, cafes, fast food joints, and bars throughout the terminal. Vegan, vegetarian, and kids’ menu options are available. The first ones open at 4 am, and the last ones close around 11 pm. Notably, the Dulles Gourmet Market at baggage claim 14 is open 24/7.

Shopping
Washington Dulles boasts several shopping options both pre and post-security. This includes Duty-Free shops in lounges A, B, C, and D, electronics and phone accessories, travel accessories, convenience and souvenir shops, newsstands, clothing, jewelry, perfumes, beauty and wellness, personal care services. Stores start opening at 7 am, and the last ones close at 10 pm. Some newsstands, like the Washingtonian Newsstand at Baggage Claim 13, stay open overnight.

Luggage
Carts are available for rent on the departure and arrival levels. Lost and found is located in baggage claim area number 2 and operates Monday to Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Closed on weekends. Contact: 703-572-8479
