American Express Lounge
Two lounges located by gate 76 (domestic area) and gate 45 (international zone).

Access: Exclusive for American Express cardholders. Hours: 5:00 am – 10:00 pm.
The Lounge Bogotá
First floor, past the duty-free area. For transit passengers and domestic flights. Stay limit: 4 hours.

El Dorado Airport isn’t just about the lounges. It offers a range of financial services including a bank, ATMs, currency exchange (open 24 hours), VIP lounges, mobile phone services, and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Wondering where to grab a bite? There’s a food court in the main terminal mezzanine and another in the international pier restricted area. Options range from Juan Valdez Café, McDonald’s, Burger King, Dunkin Donuts, Starbucks, Subway, Sushi Tequila, Pastelitos, and many more.
For those looking to shop, there are duty-free stores on the 1st and 2nd floors of the international pier. Find souvenirs, crafts, flowers, jewelry, apparel, cosmetics, electronics, and more. Notable stores include Bogotá Duty Free, Bogotá Dufry Shopping, Carolina Herrera, Columbia, Pandora, and Sunglass Hut.
Luggage services? There’s a 24-hour baggage storage on the southwest side of the first floor, entrance through gate 1. Plus, a protective sealing service for luggage in Terminal 1. Need a luggage cart? They’re available for a deposit which is refunded upon return.
If you misplace something, the lost and found office is on the second floor of Terminal 1, operating from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.
Other amenities include pharmacies, travel agencies, hair salons, medical clinic, and a chapel.
