To get in, have a Priority Pass membership, Asiana Club Diamond/2-Year Diamond Plus, or fly first/business class with Asiana Airlines or Star Alliance airlines. China Eastern & Shanghai Airlines VIP Lounge – Next to Gate 115 and opens from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm. Enjoy snacks, phones, a smoking area, Wi-Fi, newspapers, magazines, TVs, computers, and beverages. Access granted to first/business class travelers of China Eastern Airlines, Shanghai Airlines, and SkyTeam airlines, as well as SkyTeam Elite Plus members.
JJ Lounge – Close to Gate 28, it’s open between 6:00 am and 10:00 pm. Grab some snacks, sip a drink, and utilize the Wi-Fi. Jeju Air passengers with a JJ Lounge Pass have the privilege to enter.
KAL Lounge – Located on the fourth floor in Hall A, right by Gate 115. Operational from 6:30 am to 11:45 pm. Equipped with TVs, air-conditioning, newspapers, magazines, phones, fax, refreshments, beverages, and Wi-Fi. If you’re a SkyPass Million Miler Club or Morning Calm Club member, or fly first/business class with Korean Air, or are a SkyTeam Elite Plus member, you’re in!
Lounge L – Located in Terminal 2 near Gate 231, but currently closed. When operational, it boasts a smoking area, computers, air-conditioning, newspapers, magazines, conference facilities, fax, TV, snacks, drinks, and Wi-Fi. Entry is through Priority Pass, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships.
Matina Lounge – Positioned on the fourth floor of both terminals right opposite Gates 11, 43, and 252. While the lounges in Terminal 1 are temporarily closed, the Terminal 2 lounge operates from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. They offer snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, fax, computers, air-conditioning, drinks, Wi-Fi, and a smoking area. Maximum stay is 3 hours. Accessible with a Priority Pass or DragonPass, or by paying at the entrance.
Singapore Airlines SilverKris Lounge – Located on Level 4 of Terminal 1, facing the cultural center, but currently not in operation. When open, they offer meals, beverages, Wi-Fi, and showers. Entry is for PPS Club or KrisFlyer Elite Gold members, first/business class passengers of Singapore Airlines or Star Alliance airlines, and Star Alliance Gold members.
Sky Hub Lounge – There are three lounges on the east side of the fourth floor in Hall A. While the lounge near Gate 11 is closed, the one by Gate 42 is open from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm with a maximum stay of 5 hours. They provide computers, air-conditioning, beverages, conference facilities, fax, TV, snacks, showers, newspapers, magazines, phones, and Wi-Fi. Get inside with Priority Pass, DragonPass, or Diners Club memberships.
SPC Lounge – Found in Terminal 2 close to Gate 268, but currently not operational. Features include a smoking area, computers, drinks, fax, TV, refreshments, air-conditioning, press, conference facilities, and Wi-Fi. Access it with a Priority Pass or DragonPass.
Airport Facilities & Services
The airport is well-equipped with banks (open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm), currency exchange booths (24/7), ATMs, post offices, mobile phone services, electric device charging outlets, internet kiosks, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Hotels nearby, like the Grand Hyatt Incheon and Best Western Premier, offer meeting and conference facilities.
For your palate, there are restaurants offering local and western dishes, fast food joints, cafes, bakeries, ice cream parlors, and bars, some of which are open round the clock.
Shopping enthusiasts can revel in the duty-free shops on the third and fourth floors of both terminals. Additionally, there are convenience stores, cosmetics and perfume boutiques, apparel and accessory shops, liquor and tobacco outlets, gift stores, electronics shops, music stores, bookstores, newsstands, and jewelers.
Baggage services include porters from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm in the baggage claim area. There are left-luggage services near Terminal 1’s exit 13 and Terminal 2’s check-in H counter, but they’re temporarily unavailable. Lost and found offices are in Terminal 1’s west side on level B1 and Terminal 2’s second floor, both open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm.
