Terminal 2

– Aer Lingus Lounge: Located in the main boarding area, open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm. Features include showers, buffet, meeting rooms, workstations, and a relaxation area. Access: Aer Lingus business class travelers, AerClub Silver, Platinum, or Concierge members, or an entry fee (£30.00).

– Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge: Situated between gates B44 and B46, open from 6:00 am to 5:30 pm. Offers snacks, beverages, reading materials, Wi-Fi, workstations, and showers. Access: United Club or Air Canada Maple Leaf Club members, first class or business class passengers of Air Canada and Star Alliance, Altitude Super Elite 100K, 75K and 50K members, Star Alliance Gold members, and American Express AeroplanPlus or Corporate cardholders.

– Lufthansa Lounge: Positioned on Level 5 and available from 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Facilities include offices, printers, fax, computers, Wi-Fi, TV, and newspapers. Access: First class passengers of Lufthansa, Swiss International Air Lines, and Star Alliance, Miles & More HON Circle or Senator members, and Star Alliance Gold members.

Heathrow offers a plethora of amenities, including ATMs, currency exchange (5:00 am to 10:00 pm), post office, VIP lounges, public phones, mobile services, power outlets, internet kiosks, and free Wi-Fi. Business centers equipped with meeting rooms are available in terminals 2, 3, and 5.

Dining: A variety of restaurants, cafes, bars, and fast-food outlets spread across the premises. Notably, Caffè Nero in terminals 2, 3, and 4 and Costa in terminals 2, 4, and 5 operate 24/7.

Shopping: The airport boasts a vast range of shops offering tax-free items (post-security and in baggage claim areas), apparel, cosmetics, fragrances, jewelry, souvenirs, electronics, toys, confectionery, books, magazines, alcoholic beverages, and footwear.

Luggage: Complimentary carts are available throughout the terminals. Porter services can be found in baggage claim areas and outside the terminals, operational from 6:00 am to 9:00 pm.
