Hey there, I’m Olivia, a frequent traveler and entrepreneur who’s had the pleasure of experiencing many airport lounges around the world. Today, I’m thrilled to share with you some insights about the VIP lounges at Johannesburg Airport (JNB)!
Terminal A
Aspire Lounge: Open from 5:00 am to 11:00 pm, find it next to Gate A7. Here, you can enjoy comfy beds, air conditioning, refreshments, Wi-Fi, TV, and even showers. Stay duration is 4 hours max. Get in using your Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.
Bidvest Premier Lounge: From 5:00 am to 1:00 am, it’s on the mezzanine. It’s equipped with a smoking room, refreshments, showers, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning. Members of Priority Pass, DragonPass, and Diners Club can gain access, or book online and pay at the door.
British Airways Galleries Club: Located on the mezzanine, it’s open from 3:00 pm to 10:15 pm. A haven for business travelers with amenities such as Wi-Fi, showers, and snacks. Entrance is available for Gold Executive Club or Silver members, first-class or executive-class passengers of British Airways and Oneworld airlines, and Emerald and Sapphire members.
Terminal B
Bidvest Premier Lounge: Located in the basement, open from 5:00 am to 9:00 pm. The max stay is 2 hours. Features include a smoking area, refreshments, showers, and air conditioning. Access with Priority Pass, DragonPass, or Diners Club membership, or book online.
Facilities & Services
The airport offers banking facilities, ATMs, currency exchange counters (open 5:00 am to 10:00 pm), post office, VIP lounges, public telephones, mobile phone services, internet kiosks, and 4 hours of free Wi-Fi. Terminal B even has a conference center with a variety of services and meeting rooms!
Dining
From cafés to pizzerias, bakeries, bars, and fast-food outlets, you’ll find a wide range of gastronomic delights throughout the airport.
Shopping
Shop tax-free at Terminal A. Plus, browse through accessory stores, souvenir shops, bookstores, music, clothing, footwear, cosmetics, perfumes, electronics, jewelry, liquor, sports goods, and sweet treats.
Luggage
Need a cart or a porter in bright orange? They’re available within terminals and passenger drop-off zones. There’s also a luggage storage service in the Terminal A basement. For lost items, contact your airline’s office.
Additional Services
Prayer rooms, medical clinics, baby care facilities, pharmacies, massage parlors, and travel agencies are also available for your convenience.
