Terminal 1
First Class Lounge: Located on both the first and second floors. Features include TV, snacks, newspapers, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Accessible with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.
Terminal 2
Ahlein Premium Lounge: Exclusively for international flights, post security checks. Maximum stay is 3 hours. Amenities include a children’s area, relaxation zone, smoking section, private rooms, baggage storage, spa, massage chairs, computers, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, telephones, fax, TV, snacks, showers, and Wi-Fi. Entrance with Priority Pass, DragonPass, or by payment at the door.
First Class Lounge: Located on the first floor after immigration. Specifically for international flights, this lounge offers a smoking area, snacks, newspapers, TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Accessible with Priority Pass or DragonPass membership.
Pearl Assist: On the second floor, dedicated to international travelers. The maximum stay is capped at 3 hours. Features include a kids’ zone, gaming room, prayer room, smoking section, computers, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, and newspapers. Access granted with Priority Pass or DragonPass.
Saudia Alfursan Lounge: Located on the second floor. Offerings include meals, beverages, a business center, prayer room, smoking area, showers, and Wi-Fi. Entry available for Alfursan Gold or Silver members, first class or business class travelers of Saudia and SkyTeam airlines, and SkyTeam Elite Plus members.
The Emirates Lounge: Situated on level 2, above the security checkpoint. Features meals, Wi-Fi, TV, and showers. Accessible to Skywards Gold or Platinum members, and first or business class passengers of Emirates.
Terminal 3
EgyptAir Alioth Lounge: Near gates F. Complimentary drinks and snacks, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet access, workstations, and computers. Access available with Diners Club membership, and for first class or business class travelers of EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, as well as Star Alliance Gold members.
EgyptAir Almeisan Lounge: Behind gate F10. Courtesy food and drinks, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet connectivity, workstations, and computers. Entry granted with Diners Club, and for first class or business class passengers of EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, plus Star Alliance Gold members.
EgyptAir El Teir Lounge: Positioned on the fourth floor. Complimentary beverages and snacks, TV, newspapers, magazines, and internet. Access available for first class or business class passengers of EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, and Star Alliance Gold members.
EgyptAir Gienah Lounge: Adjacent to gates G. Complimentary meals and drinks, TV, newspapers, magazines, internet connectivity, workstations, and computers. Access available with Diners Club, for first class or business class passengers of EgyptAir and Star Alliance airlines, and Star Alliance Gold members.
First Class Lounge: Located on the third floor in the boarding area. Exclusively for international flights. Features a smoking area, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, snacks, and newspapers. Accessible with Priority Pass or DragonPass.
Facilities and Services at CAI
The airport is equipped with banks, ATMs, currency exchange services, VIP lounges, workstations, mobile phone services, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Terminal 3 houses a business center offering executive services. Moreover, on-site hotels such as Novotel and Le Méridien provide meeting and conference rooms.
Dining: A mix of restaurants, fast food joints, cafes, and bars, primarily in boarding areas.
Shopping: Duty-free shops on the first floors of terminals 1, 2, and 3, along with convenience stores, souvenirs, clothing, newspapers, books, and jewelry.
Baggage: Protective sealing for luggage at check-in areas. Lost and found offices in Terminal 1.
