Air France – KLM SkyLounge
Located on the third floor by gate F2. Open from 8:00 am to 1:30 am with a maximum stay of 3 hours. It boasts massage chairs, computers, air conditioning, beverages, Wi-Fi, TVs, snacks, showers, and a selection of newspapers and magazines. Access: Priority Pass, DragonPass, Diners Club, various Flying Blue memberships, and passengers of specific airline classes, or through online reservations.
Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Club Lounge
You can find two lounges near gates A3-A4 and D7, open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm. They offer beverages, food, TVs, computers, Wi-Fi, showers, and newspapers. Access: Several memberships including Priority Pass, as well as passengers of Bangkok Airways executive class, or you can pay at the door.
Bangkok Airways Boutique Lounge
Located in front of gate A3 and open from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm with a 3-hour stay limit. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, snacks, and newspapers. Access: Priority Pass, DragonPass, or passengers of Bangkok Airways.

The airport is equipped with banking facilities available from Monday to Friday between 10:00 am to 7:00 pm, 24-hour currency exchange booths, ATMs, a post office, VIP lounges, mobile phone services, electric charging points, internet kiosks, and 2 hours of free Wi-Fi. For those in need of a workspace or a quick nap, Novotel Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport is nearby with meeting and conference rooms.

From gourmet restaurants to quick coffee shops, the airport has it all – cafes, bars, fast food, bakeries, and ice cream parlors.
Shopping
Indulge in some retail therapy with duty-free shops on level 4, convenience stores, souvenir shops, bookstores, fashion boutiques, and cosmetic counters.
Luggage Services
Protective luggage sealing is available on the fourth floor. There’s a 24-hour luggage storage on the second floor near the baggage claim and another behind check-in counter P on the fourth floor. For lost items, head to the office on the sixth floor.

Smoking areas, prayer rooms, medical clinics, spas, children’s entertainment zones, relaxation rooms, and pharmacies are scattered throughout the terminal for your convenience.
