Hey there fellow travelers! It’s Olivia here. If there’s one thing I know from all my travel escapades, it’s the airport lounges. Let me guide you through the VIP lounges of Chiang Mai Airport (CNX) so you can relax in style before your flight.
Bangkok Airways Blue Ribbon Lounge
Located right in front of gate 6 in the Domestic Terminal and on level 2 of the International Terminal. They welcome guests from 5:00 am to 9:30 pm. Features include Wi-Fi, computers, tasty snacks, refreshing beverages, newspapers, magazines, and TV. How to get in? If you’re a member of DragonPass, Boutique Premier Service, or FlyerBonus Premier, or flying executive class with Bangkok Airways, you’re in! Otherwise, you can pay at the door.
Thai Royal Silk Lounge
You can find this lounge in the boarding area of the Domestic Terminal and next to gate 8 in the International Terminal. They operate from 5:00 am to midnight. Enjoy some light snacks, TV, newspapers, magazines, and internet access. To gain entry, you need a Royal Orchid Plus Gold or Diamond membership, be a first-class or executive-class passenger of Thai Airways and Star Alliance airlines, or be a Star Alliance Gold member.
The Coral Executive Lounge
This lounge is open from 6:00 am to midnight and is situated on the second floor of the International Terminal. Note: the stay limit is 3 hours. Inside you’ll find a designated smoking area, snacks, beverages, TV, air conditioning, newspapers, magazines, phones, and Wi-Fi. Entrance is via Priority Pass, Lounge Club, DragonPass, Diners Club memberships, online reservations, or by paying at the door.

At Chiang Mai Airport, you’re not just limited to lounges. It boasts currency exchange booths, ATMs, postal services, mobile phone services, electrical outlets, and 2 hours of free Wi-Fi.
Dining Options
Whether you’re looking for a sit-down restaurant, a quick snack, a cup of joe, or some sweet indulgence, the ground and second floors of the terminals have got you covered. A special mention to Ninety-Four Coffee, Black Canyon Coffee, and Dairy Queen – they’re open 24/7!
Shopping
For the shopaholics, there’s a duty-free shop on the second floor of the International Terminal. Additionally, convenience stores, bookshops, souvenir stalls, and fashion and accessory shops await.
Luggage Services
